WBBREAS, Alan Henderson served the City of Palo Alto as Council Member
from 1971 to.1975; and
WHEREAS. Council Member Alan Henderson served as Vice Mayor of Palo Alto
frcm 1974 to 1975; and
WHEREAS, Council Member Henderson has ~1.ven unselfishly of bis time and
talents to provide effective leadership on behalf of the total community; and
'WHEREAS, through the efforts and contributions of Council Meaber Henderson
the City continued to occupy a position of eminence in tenas of the quality of
service provided to its citizens; and
" WIJEB.RAS, the City of Palo Alto desires to rer.ognize the meritorious service
of Alan Henderson.
