RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING THE OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE OF
COU?ilClL MEMRE.R. .ENID PURSON.
ORIGINAL
WHEREAS, Fnid Pearson served the City of Palo Alto as Council Membet from
1965 to 1975; and
WHEREAS, Council Member Pearson served as Vice Mayor of Palo Alto from
1973 ~o 1974; and
WHEREAS, Council Member Pearson has given.unselfishly of her time and talents
to provide effective lead~rship on behalf of the total c0111DUnity; and
WHEREAS, through the effo·rts and contributions of Council Member Enid Pearson
the City continued to occupy a position of eminence in terms of the quality of
service provided to its citizens; and . WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto desires to recognize the meritorious service
of Enid Pearson.
NOW's THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Palo Alto
hereby c~s the outstanding public servi.ce of Enid Pearson and records its
appreciation as well as the appreciation of the citizens of ~his c01111BU11ity for the
service and contribution rendered during her term on the Council.
