RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF ~E CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4813 ADOPTING-A COMPENSATION
PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED AND CASUAL PERSONNEL, AS AMENDED
BY. RESOLUTION BO.. .4958
WHEREAS; pursuant to section 12 of Article III of the
Charter of the City· of Palo Al to·, the Council of the City of
Palo Alto on· Au·gUSt· 20, · 1914·, did pa"SS 'R'esol'llt.iott l'JC. 4813 adopt•
ing a Comp·ensation· Plan for Classified and Casual ttersonnel
(effective June 25, 1973) for the fiscal years 1973-1974 and
1974-1975, as amended by Resolution No. 4958, passed on June 25,
19~; and·
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto desires to amend said
compensation Plah with· respect· to ..:asual appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does

amendea oy changing the last sentence of the paragraph concern-
ing casual appointments to read as follows:
