" ·r .__ ·, A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS r (.) CALIFORNIA AVENUE DISTRICT OFFSTREET PARKING PROJECT NO. 60-8 RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that the public interest, convenience and necessity require, and that it is the intention of said Council to make changes and modifi- cations in the acquisi ti ens and .improvements acquired and imp:;.•oved in proceedings conducted pursuant to Resolution No. 3362 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention, adopted by this Ccuncil on February 27, 1961, as follows: Abandonment of the 5 parking stalls and access thereto from California Avenue and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" hereto attached and incorporated herein by referenceJ and the sale thereof to San Francisco Federal Savings and Loan Association in consideration of the payment to the City, in trust for the California Avenue Area Parking District, of the amount of $32,368, which amount shall be hP.ld by the City for said District for the purpose of ~cquiring and ~mproving additional parking spaces in and for said California Avenue Area Parking District, with the property so sold tc be dedicated to the City of Palo Alto for use as a public alley. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ~Mo=-n=d=a~y---~~~> the 7th day of ~-J~u=l·Y---~--~' 1975, at the hour of ___ 7_;_30~-o'clock P.M. in the regular meeting place of said Council, Council Chambers, Civic Center, Palo Alto, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when and where said Council will consider the matter of making said changes and modifications and hearing all protests and persons interested therein.
