-A RESOLUTION DETERMINING PROPERTIES ELECTING
TO PAY COST OVER A PERIOD OF YEARS
UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 18

RESOI,VED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that the properties set forth in Exhibit "A" hereto attached and incor-
porated herein by refer~nce, are owned by persons who have exercised
the, option to pay the cost of converting electric se~vice-connections
to undergrou..~d locations over a period of five (5) years, in accord-
ance with the provisions of Sections 12.16.091 to 12.16.097,inclusive,
of the Palo Alto Municipal Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the base cost of such conversion as
set forth in said Exhibit "A" shall be paid by the City to said owners,
respectively, upon completion of the underground construction work on
said respective parcels subject to payment of the special assessment,
all in the manner set forth in said code •

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and ccrrect
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council ot the
City ot Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 5th
