RESOLUTION NO. 5080
-RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENT
-VICINITY OF EAST MEADOW CIRCLE ANO FABIAN WAY
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto did on the ioth day of March , 1975, pass its Resolution of Intention
to vacate a certain public utilities easement (sanitary sewer
purposes) , as described and shown in EXHIBITS A and B attached
hereto and on file with the original of said Resolution of
Intention No. 5069 in the Office of the City Clerk; and
. WHEREAS, pursuant to said resolution a public hearing was
duly noticed and held on April 7 , 1975; and
WHEREAS, from all the evidence submitted, the City Council
of the City of Palo Alto finds that the requirements of Title 5,
Division l, Part 1, Chapter 2, Article' 5, of the California
Government Code (conunencing with Section 50430 thereof) have
been fulfilled substantially and that said easement is unnecessary
for present or prospective public purposes or use.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. That the easement described and shown in
EXHIBITS A and B attached hereto is hereby ordered vacated.
SECTION 2. That the vacation of said easement will have no
. significant environmental impact.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of Santa Clara County.

A strip of land 15 feet 0 inches in width, the centerline of
which is describtd as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly corner of
that certain 5.33 acre parcel of land shown as Parcel
B on that certain Parcel Map, recorded July 8, 1969.
in Book 256 of Maps at Page 7, Records of Santa
Clara County, Calif~rnia, the said point also being a
point on the Northeasterly line of East H~adow Circle
(60 feet wide);
THENCE, N. 9° 26'2311 E. 214.69 feet;
THENCE, S. 46°32'1311 E. 6.17 feet to the true point
of beginningj
THENCE, S. 46°32'1311 E. 928.42 feet;
THENCE, S. 39°57 'o4u E. 519 feet a more or 1 ess, to
a point on the Southwesterly line of Fabian Way;
&EING a portion of Rancho Rincon de San Francisquito.
