HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 5073... .. i I. .·· I lsoLUTION NO. 5073 9:>RIGINAL RESOLUTION OP THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1889 TO MODIFY THE OEVE~OPJllENT PLAN FOR THE P-C DISTRICT KNOWN AS isoo WEST BAYSHORE ROAD, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS, AND TO EXTEND THE DE- VELOPMENT SCHEDULE APPL!ING_THERETO The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows: ~CTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1889, adopted Septe~er 28, 1959, is hereby amended to modify the Development Plan for the P-C District at 2800 West Bayshore Road in accordance with the diagrams marked "74-ZC-10" (Sheets A-3 and A-4) and entitled "Addition to Office Building for O.N.C. Freight system&," attached hereto and.incorporated herein, subject to the followinq conditions: a. The building addition, off-street parking, landscaping and other improvements shall be substantially as shown on the approved Development Plan~ b. Landscaping shall be installed and upqraded as approved prior to use and occupancy of the addition, and shall be maintained and replaced as necessary. SECT:J;ON 2. cr~ction 3 of said Ordinance No. 1889 is hereby amend~d to require start of construction within six (6) months and completion of all development and L~provements within one (1) year of the adoption of this resolution. SECTION 3. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 1889 shall remain !~ full force and effect as originally adopted • ..... SECTION 4. The Council finds that this resolution is necessary for the pUblic interest, convenience, and general welfare and will not have a significant impact -Upon the environment.
