A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT ~O. 17
ORIGINAL
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of P.3.10 -'\lto, California,
that
WHEREAS, pu~suant to Resolution No. 4961 of Preliminary Deter-
mination and of Intention adQpted by this Council on July 1, 197~,
and its Resolution Calling for Bids 0n Sale of Improvement Bonds
adopted pursuant thereto, notice of said sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, said bids have been received by the City Clerk, as
fixed in said notice, ·and have been publicly opened, examined and
declared, and have been referred to thls Council for conslderat!on;
WHEREAS, this iz the time and place fixed in said notice for
considering the bids for the purchase of said bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORCERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said
bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby
rejected, and that said bonds be, and they are hereby ordered sold
to ~~~~~~~G~R=O=S=S"'--'&,,__C~O ....... M_P_A_N_Y4, __ r_N~C~ . ..__~~~~~~~ as the highest
responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be subject to all of the
terms and conditions set forth in the Notice of Sale of said bond~
and in said accepted bid.
2. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby directed to
have said bonds printed and that the same be immediately sigL2j,
sealed and delivered to said bidder on receipt of the amount therefor
and upon the performance of the conditions contained in said written
offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is
hereby fixed at the rate stated in said bid •

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 27th day of January , 197'5,
