RESOLUTION NO. 5057
RESOLUTION OP THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto has authorized
an agreement with the County of Santa Clara whereby the City· of
. \; Palo Alto will administer 1975-76 Community Development funds Lor
unincorporated areas within Palo Alto·' s sphere of· influence and
will designate projects for these funds; and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto has by resolution adopted
a Community Development Plan and Program; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development· funded projects in the
unincorporated spl1ere of influence area need to be included. in
Palo Alto's Community Development Plan and Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Counr.il of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. That Palo Alto'~ Community Development Plan
and Program be hereby amended to .incl~de the use of Santa Clar~
County Community Development funds for a bicycle path· addition
to Bol Park and the planning and development of student-oriented
outdoor recreation facilities at. Stanford University1 and
SECTION 2. That the 1975-76 Community Development funds
allocated to the City of Palo Alto by Santa Clara County be
divided with one-third of the funds made available for the Bol
Park bicycle path addition and two-thirds of the funds made
available for the Stanford 'JniVi'.rsity student recreation
facilitiesi· and

~CTION 3. The Council finds that none of the provisions
of this resolution will have a significant environmental impact.
