RESOLUTION NO. 5052
RESOLUTION OF' THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2665 TO EXTEND THE DEVELOPMENT
SCHEDULE FOR THE P-C DISTRICT AT 3801 EAST BAYSHORE
ROAD
WHEREAS, on July 24, 1972, the Council of the City of Palo
Alto passed Ordinance No. 2~65 changing the zoning of certain
property known as 3801 East Bayshore Road from L-M-1-D to P-C
and ape~ovi~q_~he Developm~Pt Plan and Develop~~nt Schedule
therefor; and
WHEREAS, the apP.licant has requested an extension of time
for comp;l.etion of construction due to ~fores~en del~ys.; and
WHEREAS, said time extension is found necessary_ for the
public interest,-· safetyj convenience and. general welfare1
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City __ o.f. Palo Alto does
RESOLVE. as fo11ows":
SECTIO~ l~ Section 3.2o of Ordinance No. 2665 is hereby
amended to read ·a;-foilows:
"SEC'IION 3. The develo~~~t schedule
