RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMFNT
BEING A PORTION OF RANCHO RINCON DE SAN FRANCISQUITO
WHEREAS, the Counci 1 of the City of Palo Al to on the· -25th
day of November , 197 4, did pass its Resolution of In-
tention to vacate an easement .over and ·across that certain parcel
of land as described in Exhibit "A" and as set· forth on a map
entitled Exhibit "B"., both attached hereto and-on file with the
original of said Resolution No •. 5030 in the .Office of the City
Clerk; and
WHEREAS, pursuant.to· said· resolution a. public hearing was

COMMENCING at a concrete highway monument set on the
Southwesterly line of Sl Camino Rea\ (State Highway)
opposite Engineer•~ station 144+27.00 as surveyed by the California Division of Highways as ~aid South-
westerly line was established by that Decree of Con-
demnation, a certified copy of which ~ecree was filed
for record in the Office of the Recorder of Santa Clara,

day of November , 1974, did pass its Resolution of In-
tention to vacate an easement over and across that certain parcel
of land as described in Exhibit 11 A11 and as set forth on a map
entitled Exhibit "B", both attached hereto and on file with the
original of said Resolution No. 5030 in the Office of the City
Clerk1 and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said resolution a public hearinq was

WHEREAS, from all. the.evidence submitted, the City Council
of the City of .Palo Alto finds that said easement is unnecessary
