RESOLUTION NO. 5033
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
UNDERGROUND UTILITIES ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 17
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that
1. The City Clerk of this City be, and she is hereby directed to
call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds to be issued pursuant to
Resolution_ No. 4961 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention adopted
by this Council on July 1, 1974.
2. The Notice of Sale, in form to be prepared by Wilson, Jones,
Morton & Lynch, shall be given by said law firm causing copies thereof
to be mailed to the various banks and bond houses interested in the
purchase of such bonds at least ten days before the date of sale of
said bonds.
3. The City of Palo Alto will furnish the legal opinion of
Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly
approving the legality of the proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 9th day
of December , 1974, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Beahrs, Berwald, Clay
Henderson, Borton, Pearson, Rosenbaum, Sher
NOES, Councilmen: lfone
ABSENT, Councilmen: Comstock
