A RESOLUTION CALLING FCR BIDS ON SALE OF BONDS
CALIFOR~IA AVENUE AREA OFFSTREET PARKING
PROJECT NO. 71~63
$q20,ooo BONDS OF 1975
ORIGINAL
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City or Palo Alto, California,
1. The City Clerk is hereby directed to call for sealed pro-
posals or bids for the sale of all bonds to be issued under Bond
Plan G in the proceedings had and taken by the Council pursuant to
its Resolution of Intention No. 4993 adopted on September 10, 1974.-
2. Notice thereof shall be given by the City Clerk causing
copies of a notice of sale to be mailed to the various banks and
bond houses and other persons interested as determined by the Clerk,
at least ten days before the date said bids will be publicly opened,
examined and declared.
3. The Council will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm
of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly
approving the legality of the proceedings and the issuance of said
bonds.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council of the
City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 25jb
day of November, 1974, by the following vote of the members thereo :
