RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO ORDERING THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENT THROUGH A PORTION OF SECTION 15, ~.7 S., R.3 W. M.D.B. & M. (LANDS OF KRAMER) VICINITY OF PAGE MILL ROAD ·l' ... .. WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Co6.ncil of the :c:tty of Palo Alto to vacate a certain public utilities easement in the City of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, State of California, as described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and shown on a map, m&irked EXHIBIT s~attached hereto and ~? reference~made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto· .does hereby .. find that the aforesaid easement has not been used for the· purpose· '' for which it was dedicated or acquired· for five consecutive years next preceding the date ~f this resolution; and WHEREAS~ from all the evidence submitted to ...-the Council of · .. · .... the City of Palo Alto, it is fou.~d that said eas~ment as described herein is unnecessary for present or prospective public utilities . and dra_inage ·purposes, NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of tne City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 50443 of the Government Code of the State of California, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does hereby order that said easement as described herein be, and hereby is, vacated. SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby finds that this vacation of easement will have no significant environmental impact. : · SECTION 3.
