ORDERING THE VACATION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITIES f', EASEMENTS WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Council of the City of Palo Alto to vacate certain public utilities ea~cments in the City of Palo Alto, County of Santa Clara, State of California, in property described as Parcels One and Two in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and shown on a map marked EXHIBIT B attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does hereby find that the aforesaid easements have not been used for the purpose for which they were dedicated or acquired for five con- secutive yea~s next preceding the date of this resolution; and WHEREAS, from all the evidence submitted to the Council of the City of Palo Alto it is found that said easements as described herein.are unnecessary for present or prospective public utilities and drainage purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does .~SOLVE as follows: -. • .. -;._·. · ·-. · SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of-Section 50443 of the Government Code of the State of California, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does hereby order that said easements as described herein be, and hereby are, vacated.
