RESOLUT):ON OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PALO ALTO EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO
GARY FAZZINO FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE

KZSU-FM Stanford has provided a tremendous community
service to the citizens of Palo Alto over the past
two years through its broadcasts of City Council
meetings and other city-related programming; and
GARY FAZZINO, as Public Affairs Director, and later as
Station Manager of KZSU, led the effort to produce more
Palo Alto oriented programa.:Lng at the radio station;
and
The-tremendous success of: the broadcasts has been largely -
due to the contributions made by GARY FAZZINO from
November, 1972 -August, 1974 as "Anchorman" for the
weekly broadcasts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Council hereby expresses its
appreciation to GARY FAZZINO and to KZSU-FM Stanford for
their continuing efforts to improve relations between
Stanford University and the City of Palo Alto.
