RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO RICHARD L. REYNOLDS
UPON HIS RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, RICHARD L. REYNOLDS retired on July 31, 1974 as
Police Officer after fifteen years of continuous service with the
City of Palo Alto; and.
WHEREAS, the City Council is proud of his work performance
and appreciative of ht~ efforts and dedi~ation toward municipal service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Palo Alto hereby gratefully records its appreciation as well as the
appreciation of the citizens of thia community for faithful service ren-
dered to the City and extends to RICHARD L. :REYNOLDS its sincere best
wishes for a long and happy retirement.
