EJPilESSING APPRECIATION TO TORY SEEDMAN
FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
WHEREAS, TOiq ~EEDMAN has served the City of Palo
Alto as a member o~ tbe Youth Advisory Council from July 1, 1972
to June 30, 1973, and aa Vice Chairman from. July 1, 1973 to
June 30, 1974; an4
WHEREAS, TOltJ SEEDHAN baa given U1U1elfishly of his
time and taleiits to assist in_ keeping the City Council apprised
of the ne,eds -.nd interest of the youth of the community; and
WHEREAS. the City of Palo Alto wishes to recognize the
