RESOLVED, by the Council of the City ot Palo Alto, California,
that the City Engineer, a competent P•~•on for th1a purpose~ is hereby
directed to proceed and prepare euch intormation as may be required
therefor, to make a report in the tora 1et torth in Division 4 of the
Street• and Highways Code, tor the following acquiaitiC>ne and improve-
menta:

improvement thereof aa public ottatreet automo~ile parking
lots by grading, excavation, removing existing structures
and the construction therein ot pavement, striping, bumper
stops, curbs, gutters, -11nray1, drainage improvementa,

and related work necessary to complete the same as-otfstreet

Parcel I. A parcel ot land at the eCNtberly intersection ot
Birch street and Cuabr1dge Avenue;
Parcel II. A parcel ot land at the westerly intersection ot
