RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL or THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1802 FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS
--
101 ALMA STREET MODIFYING THE P-C DEVELOPMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, on August 11, 1958, the council enacted Ordinance
No. 1802 approving the Development Plans and Time Schedule for
the property known as 101 Alma Street and zoned the same P-C
(Planned Coramunity)1 and
MHEREAS, it is now proposed to replace existing canvas awnings
on the pctnthouse level of the building with a permanent penthouse
deck cover and to enclose individual decks and patioa with glass
wherever.desired by the oltne.rs thereofJ

hundred twenty (120) days of passage of this resolution.
SECTION 2. This change of P-C District Development Plan
is necessary for the public interest, safety, convenience, and
general welfare. The project is categorically exempt from the
requirement for an environmental impact assessment.
