RF.SOLUTION NO. 4941
A PESOLtn'ION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
DOWNTOWN BEAl1I'IFICATION AND LIGHTING PROJECT NO. 71-80
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California,
that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution ot Intention No. 4812, adopted
by said Council on August 20, 1973 and its Resolution calling for
bids on the sale of bonds pursuant thereto, adopted on April 9,
1974, notice of said sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for receiving
bids for the purchase of .~aid bonds, and said bids have been received
and publicly opened, exa.Uined and declared by this Council;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said
bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby,
rejected, and that said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered sold
to San 'Francisco Securities. luc. as the highest responsible --~--------~~----;;.....o---'-...-...--------~
bidder theretor, said sale ~o be subject to all ot the terms and
conditions set torth in the Notice ot Sa1e ot said bonds and in
said aceept~d bid.
2. That the Treasurer be, and he is hereby, directed to have
&aid bonds printed, and that the same be immediately signed, sealed
and delivered to said bidder on receipt ot the amount theretor and
upon the pertormance of the conditions ccntained in said written
otter.
3.. That the interest rate ot said bonds be, and the same is
hereby tixed at the rate stated in said bid.
