RESOLUTION NO. 4931 ORIGINAL ----
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
DOWNTOWN BEAUTIFICATION AND LIGHTING PROJECT NO. 7l-8o
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that
l. The City Clerk of this City be, and she is hereby directed to
call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds to be issued pursuant
to Resolution of Intention No. 4812 adopted by this Council on the
20th day of August, 1973
2. The Notice of Sale, in form to be prepared by Wilson, Jones,
Morton & LY!lch, shall be given by said law firm causing copies thereor·
to be mailed to the various banks and bond houses interested· in the pur-
chase of such bonds at least ten days before the date of sale of said
bonds.
3. The City of Palo Alto will furnish the legal opinion of
Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly
approving the legality of the proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.

the City of Palo Alto'-California~ at a meeting thereof held on the
