RESOLUTION NO. 4927
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4817 WHICH APPROVED A
MISCELLANEOUS DIVISION OF LANO FOR PROPERTY KNOWN
AS 445 LOWELL AVENUE IN THE CITY OF PALO ALTO AND
GRANTED EXCEPTIONS, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS
WHEREAS, on September 11, 1973, the City of Palo Alto did
pass Resolution No. 4817 approving a miscellaneous division of
land for property known as 445 Lowell Avenue in the City of Palo
Alto and granting exceptions for the depth, paved <L:iveway, and
width of the driveway for the rear lot, subject to conditions1
and
WHEREAS, the intent of said Resolution Mo. 4817 was to allow
the existing garage to remain and .to permit-the dr.iveway to be
narrowed to accommodate said garager and
WHEREAS, in order to accomplish.thisobjective, the conditional
exceptions grcuited in said Resolution No •. 4817 must be amended to
a minor extent1
NOW, THEMFORE, the c~cil of the City of Palo Al,to does
RESOLVE as follows:
SEC'l"ION l. Section 3 of Resolution No. 4817 hereby is
amended.as follows:
(a) The phrase •s1 feet in depth• in line 2
shall read •so.52 feet in depth•.
(b) The phrase •14 feet• in line 5 shall read
•13.4 feet•.

SECTION 2. The Council finds that this project qualifies
for a categorical exemption and no further environmental assess-
ment is necessary.
