COMMENDING.THE CONSCIENTIOUS AND OUTSTANDING PUBLIC
SERVICE OF MEL MALINOWSKI
WHEREAS, MEL MALINOWSKI has diligently and unselfishly
contributed of his time and talents while serving the City of
Palo Alto as a member of the Child care Task Force from November
20, 1972, to November 26, 19731 and
WHEREAS, MEL-MALINOWSKI has·made a significant personal·
contribution to the community by assisting in the formulation
of farsighted, substantive programs and policy relating to the
subject of child care: and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto desires to recognize the
conscientious and meritorious service of MEL"MALINOwsn1··
NOW, THEREFORE, ·aE-1T-RESOLVED'-that·the council of· the·.
City of· Palo Alto hereby commends the outstanding and conscientious-
public service of MEL· MALINOWSKI and records its appreciat1on---····
