RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING '1'HE CONSCIENTIOUS ANO OUTSTANDING PUBLIC
SERVICE OF ROBERT M. KEMP
WHEREAS, ROBERT M. KEMP has diligently and unselfishly
contributed of his ti.me and talents while serving the City of
Palo Alto as a member of the Child Ca.re Task Force from November
20, 1972,--to November 26, 19731 and -
WHEREAS, ROBERT M. KEMP has made a significant personal
contribution to the cominunity by ~ssisting in the formulation
of farsighted, substantive proqram._. --and policy relating to the
