RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING.APPRECIATION FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC
SERVICE TO MRS. WESTON FARRAND
(ROSALIE)
WHEREAS, MRS. WESTON FARRAND (ROSALIE) served the
City of Palo Alto as a member of the Citizens' Advisory
Conunittee on Cable Television since December, 1971; and
WHEREAS, through the efforts of MRS. WESTON FARRAND
(ROSALIE) and the Citizens•. Advisory Committee on Cable
Television a significant report on cable television and
its future impact on the City of Palo Alto was completed;

WHEREAS, MRS. WESTON FARRAND (ROSALIE) has made a
aignif icant personal contribution to the community by
p~i;ticipa,ting in the development of the report on cable
television~ and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto wishes to recognize
the services of MRS. WESLEY FARRAND lROSALIE);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of
the City of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records its appreci-
ation, as well as the appreciation of the citizens of
this COil\lllunity, for the outstanding public seX"Vice rendered
by MRS~ WEaTON ~A~RA..~D {~OS~LIE}.
