RESOLUTION NO, 4882
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2744 TO EXTEND THE DEVELOPMENT
SCHEDULE FOR THE P-C DISTRICT AT 4295 ALMA STREET
WHEREAS, on September 11, 1973, the Council passed Ordinance
No, 2744 changing the zoning of certain property known as 4295
Alma Street from R-l-B-8-A to P-C and approving the Development
Plan and Development Schedule therefor1 and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested an extension of
time for start of construction due to unforeseen delays; and . . .
WHEREAS, said time extension is found necessary for the public
interest, safety, convenience and general welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION l~ Section 3 of Ordinance No~ 2744 is hereby amended
to r~ad as follows:
"SECTION 3, The development schedule for the
subject property shall be as follows:
Ac Start of construction on or before
November 11, 1974c
B, Completion of all construction and
development within eighteen months of
start of constructionc"
SECTION 2 •. All other provisions of Ordinance 2744 shall re-
main in full force and effect as originally adopted~
