RESOLUTION NO. 4880
RESOLUTION OF THE _COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NOo 2649 TO EXTEND THE DEVELOPMENT
SCHEDULE FOR THE P-C DISTRICT AT 656 LYTTON AVENUE
WHEREAS, on April 3, 1972, the Council passed Ordinance
No. 2649 changing the zoning of certain property known as
656 Lytton Avenue from R-3-P to P-C and approving the Develop-
ment Plan arid Development Schedule theref )rJ and
WHEREAS, the applicant has ~equested an extension of
time for start of construction in order to facilitate federal
funding of the project~ and ;~

WHEREAS, said time extensi; >n is found necessary for the
public interest, safety, c9nvenience and general welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, -the Council of the City Of Palo Alto does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION lo Section 3 of Ordinance Noo 2649 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"SECTION 3o The development schedule for the
subject property shall be as follows:
I~ Start of construction on or before
February 1, 19750 ; _,-
2~ Completion of all construction and
development on or before February 1,
19770"
SECTION 2~ All other provisions of Ordinance No~ 2649 shall
remain in fuil force and effect as originally adopted~
