RESOLUTION or THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO PETER NIELSEN UPON HIS
RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, PETER NIELSEN retired on January 15, 1974 as Fire Apparatus
Operator after eleven years of continuous service with the City of Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is proud of his work performance and appreciative
of his efforts cmd dedication toward municipal service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Palo Alto hereby
gra~efully records its appreciation as well as the appreciation of the citizens
of this community for faithful service rendered to the Ciey and extends to
Peter Nielsen its sincere best wishes for a long and happy retirement.
