Resolution of the Council of the City of Palo Alto Amending the Terms
for the Utility Management Professional Association Adopted by
Resolution No. 9359 to Correct the Salary for One Position and Add
One New Position
The Council ofthe City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article Ill of the Charter of the
City of Palo Alto, the Terms imposing the City's Last Best and Final offer for the Utility
Management Professional Association, adopted by Resolution No. 9359, are hereby amended
to correct the salary for one position effective with the pay period including December 1, 2013
and add one new position effective with the pay period including July 1, 2014, as set forth in
Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. The Director of Administrative Services is authorized to implement the
amended Terms as set forth in Section 1.
SECTION 3. The Council finds that this is not a project under the California
Environmental Quality Act and, therefore, no environmental impact assessment is necessary.
