Resolution of the Council of the City of Palo Alto Amending and
Restating the Administrative Penalty Schedule and Civil Penalty
Schedules for Certain Violations of the Palo Alto Municipal Code and the
California Vehicle Code Established by Resolution No. 9209
The Council of the City of Palo Alto RESOLVES as follows:
SECTION 1. .Administrative Penalties. The administrative penalty schedule for
violations of the Palo Alto Municipal Code established by Resolution No. 9209 is hereby
amended and restated to read as follows:

SECTION 4. The Council finds that the adoption of this resolution does not
