CLOSED SESSIONS 1. Public Employee Performance Evaluation Subject: City Attorney Ariel Calonne Authority: Government Code section 54957 The City Council met in Closed Session to discuss matters involving existing litigation as described in Agenda Item No. 1. Mayor Fazzino announced that no reportable action was taken on Agenda Item No. 1. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
