FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF
TH£ ~LAMNINa COHHISSION
WHEREAS Hark Chandler has served the City of Palo Alto as a member of the
Planning Co1m1ission from January 16, 1984 to July 31, 1990;
WHEREAS, M3r~ Chandler has been a significant contributor and active member
of the Planning Corrmission serving as Cha~rman from 1989 to 1990, Vice Chairman
from 1988 to 1909, and member of the Fiag Lot and Public Information
Subconwnittec~, a major participant in th~ Cityw-id~, K~ltiple-Family and Single·
Family comprehensive z_oning r£:vi::;ions as well as n~merous other planning and
zoning studi~s;
