district and the removal ot poles, overhead wires, and associated
overhead structures, ar.d the underground installation of wires and
facilities for supplying e?.ectric, communication and similar or
associated services in the iistrict ~ereinabove described.
~ION 7. That at said hearing, all persons interested
shall be given an opportunity to ~ heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as determined by aeid Council.
