City, to executA and deliver the Escrow Agreement in such torm.1 together with auch ch'lnges, insertions and omissions which are
approved by the City Attorney and the officer or officers executing
such ~'!:?"e=::it, such execution to be conclusive evidence of such
approval; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
attent a~ch Escrow Agreement. The council hereby authoriz~s the
delivery and perfc~nce of the Escrow Agreement.
