coUrteous public servants; and
WHBRBAS, Ruah Barney Faville has taken hi. role of public sarety
officer seriously a. he operated fire engine., ladder t:rucka, and rescue
vehicles under extreaaly difficult emergency conditional and
WHD.DS, Rush Barney Faville has been blessed with the opportunity
to provide life-qiving aid which saved lives, calmed aotorists trapped
in slIaabed autoaobiles, helped people escape from burning buildings, and
provided tire quenching 'water to firefiqhters at the fire line; and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo desires to recognize the lMritorious
service of Rush Barney Faville.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE rj,' RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of
Palo Alto hereby c01IIIlends the outstanding public service at Rush Barney
Faville and records its appreciation as well as the appreciation at the
citizens at this community for the service and contribution rendered
during his 30 years of employment with the City.
