RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO JOEL SPOLIN
FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
AS A MEMBER OF THE PALO ALTO CENTENNIAL 1994 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, Joel Spolin has been one of the early members of
the Palo Alto Centennial 1994 Board of Directors since 1992; and
WHEREAS, Joel Spolin is knowledgeable of the business
community; and
WHEREAS, Joel Spolin assisted with advice on Small
Business Outreach; and
WHEREAS, Joel Spolin was a generous contributor to the
Centennial Endowment Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records and extends its sincere
appreciation and the appreciation of the community to Joel Spolin
for his lengthy and loyal volunteer service in making Palo Alto's
Centennial Year a smashing success.
