RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO BILL RELLER
FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
AS A MEMBER OF THE PALO ALTO CENTENNIAL 1994 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, Bill Reller has been a member of the Palo Alto
Centennial 1994 Board of Directors since 1993; and
WHEREAS, Bill Reller has been a benefactor of many worthy
causes throughout the Midpeninsula; and
WHEREAS, Bill Reller has been Board Member
extraordinaire;-and
WHEREAS, Bill Reller was Co -Chair of the Fund-raising
Committee whose wildly successful campaign brought $525,000 to the
Centennial Endowment Fund for area nonprofit organizations; and
WHEREAS, Bill and Carolyn Reller's hospitality is of
exceptional warmth and generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records and extends its sincere
appreciation and the appreciation of the community to Bill Reller
for his generous and loyal volunteer service and for his part in
making Palo Alto's Centennial Year a smashing success.
