RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO STEVE PLAYER
FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
AS A MEMBER OF THE PALO ALTO CENTENNIAL 1994 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, Steve Player has been a member of the Palo .Alto
Centennial 1994 Board of Directors since 1993; and
WHEREAS, Stever Player was a member of the Fund-raising
Committee; and
WHEREAS, Steve Player assured the Centennial's connection
with the business community; and
WHEREAS, Steve Player spread throughout town good tidings
of the Centennial's mission; and
WHEREAS, Steve Player provided good humor and the voice
of the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records and extends its sincere
appreciation and the appreciation of the community to Steve Player
for his lengthy and loyal volunteer service and for his part in
making Palo Alto's Centennial Year a smashing success.
