RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO ELEANOR LYNCH
FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
AS A MEMBER OF THE PALO ALTO CENTENNIAL 1994 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, Eleanor Lynch was one of the early members of
the Palo Alto Centennial 1994 Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, Eleanor Lynch was an active participant on the
Products Committee; and
WHEREAS, Eleanor Lynch participated on the Time Capsule
Committee; and
WHEREAS, Eleanor Lynch gave advice and counsel on
products; and
WHEREAS, Eleanor obtained the Trademark for the
Centennial.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records and extends its sincere
appreciation and the appreciation of the community to Eleanor Lynch
for her lengthy and loyal volunteer service and for her part in
making Palo Alto's Centennial Year a smashing success.
