RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO TRISH JOHNSON
FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
AS PALO ALTO CENTENNIAL 1994 PRODUCTS CO-CHAIR
WHEREAS, Trish Johnson was a Co -Chair of the Centennial
Products Committee; and
WHEREAS, Trish Johnson is a talented, creative, and
retail -experienced professional; and
WHEREAS, Trish Johnson developed a business plan for
Centennial products that the Centennial Board of Directors adopted
with awe and appreciation; and
WHEREAS, Trish Johnson created a product line of diverse
products that enriched the Centennial coffers by $45,000; and
WHEREAS, Trish Johnson's retail outreach convinced
16 stores to participate in Centennial product sales; and
WHEREAS, Trish Johnson helped to obtain approximately
20 licensed products.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records and extends its sincere
appreciation and the appreciation of the community to Trish Johnson
for her lengthy and loyal volunteer service and for her part in
making Palo Alto's Centennial Year a smashing success.
