RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO BILL GREEN
FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
AS A MEMBER OF THE PALO ALTO CENTENNIAL 1994 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, Bill Green has been a member of the Palo Alto
Centennial 1994 Board of Directors since 1993; and
WHEREAS, Bill Green has been a Board Member of wide
community experience; and
WHEREAS, Bill Green has been advisor to national
organizations, as well as local groups; and
WHEREAS, Bill Green has participated in developing the
plan for the year's success; and
WHEREAS, Bill Green helped the Board win the goodwill of
Midpeninsula residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records and extends its sincere
appreciation and the appreciation of the community to Bill Green
for his lengthy and loyal volunteer service and for his part in
making Palo Alto's Centennial Year a smashing success.
