RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR MANAGEMENT AND
CONFIDENTIAL PERSONNEL AND COUNCIL APPOINTED
OFFICERS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 7234, AND
AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 7240 AND RESOLUTION NO.
7290, TO AMEND THE SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR
CERTAIN UTILITIES DEPARTMENT POSITIONS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
SESTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of
Article III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Management
Compensation Plan, adopted by Resolution No. 7234, and amended by
Resolution No. 7240, is hereby amended by adding the employee
classifications and salaries set forth in Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference, effective July 1,
1994.
SECTION 2. The Director of Finance is authorized to
implement the amended classifications and salaries as set forth in
Section 1.
SECTION 3. The Council finds that this is not a project
under the California Environmental Quality Act and, therefore, no
environmental impact assessment is necessary.
