RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO LINDA SCOTT
FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
AS A MEMBER OF THE URBAN DESIGN COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Linda Scott has served the City of Palo Alto as an
active member of the Downtown Urban Design Committee; and
WHEREAS, Linda Scott has unselfishly contributed her design
knowledge, offered her understanding and expertise on downtown Palo
Alto issues, shared her optimism on the opportunities for downtown
Palo Alto, and provided expertise in guiding the development of
downtown Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto wishes to acknowledge and thank
Linda Scott for her personal commitment and pride in the community
and her significant personal efforts and long-term dedication as a
member of the Urban Design Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Palo Alto hereby gratefully records and extends its sincere
appreciation and the appreciation of the community to Linda Scott
for her faithful and excellent service rendered to the City.
