RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO ROBERT FRANK
FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
AS A MEMBER OF THE URBAN DESIGN COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Robert Frank has served the City of Palo Alto as an
active member of the Downtown Urban Design Committee; and
WHEREAS, Robert Frank has unselfishly contributed his design
knowledge, offered his understanding and expertise on downtown Palo
Alto issues, shared his optimism on the opportunities for downtown
Palo Alto, and provided expertise in guiding the development of
downtown Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto wishes to acknowledge and thank
Robert Frank for his personal commitment and pride in the community
and his significant personal efforts and long-term dedication as a
member of the Urban Design Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Palo Alto hereby gratefully records and extends its sincere
appreciation and the appreciation of the community to Robert Frank
for his faithful and excellent service rendered to the City.
