RESOLUTION NO. 7958
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR MANAGEMENT AND
CONFIDENTIAL PERSONNEL AND COUNCIL APPOINTED
OFFICERS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 7890 AND
AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NOS. 7897, 7902, 7907, 7914,
7927 and 7945 TO ADD THE CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY
OF SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of
Article III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Management
Compensation Plan, adopted by Resolution No. 7890 and amended by
Resolution Nos. 7 8 97, 7 902, 7 907, 7 914, 7 927 and 7 945 is hereby
amended by adding the employee classification and salary of Senior
Project Manager, as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. The Director of Administrative Services is
authorized to implement the additional classification and salary as
set £orth in Section 1.
SECTION 3. The Council finds that this is not a prQject
under the California Environmental Quality Act and, therefore, no
environmental impact assessment is necessary.
