RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO RICHARD GRUEN
FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
WHEREAS, Richard Gruen has served the City of Palo Alto
as a member of the Utilities Advisory Commission from July 1996
through September 1999; and
WHEREAS, Richard Gruen was diligent and faithful in his
attendance and participation in the Utilities Advisory Commission;
and
WHEREAS, Richard Gruen gave unselfishly of his time and
efforts to the Utilities Advisory Commission; and
. WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto wishes to acknowledge and
thank Richard Gruen for his personal commitment to the community
and interest in the City of Palo Alto and for his personal efforts
and dedication as a member of the Utilities Advisory Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE,· BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the
City of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records and extends its sincere
appreciation and the appreciation of the community to Richard Gruen
for his faithful services rendered to the City.
