RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 6570 WHICH ASSUMED RESPONSIBILITY
BY THE CITY FOR IMPLEMENTING CHAPTER 6.95 OF DIVISION 20
OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
WHEREAS, the County of Santa Clara in the State of California
has raised some question whether Resolution No. 6570 of the Coun-
cil of the City of Palu klto was effective to designate the City
of Palo Alto as the •administer i .1g agency• reponsible for imple-
menting Chapter 6.95 of Divis~on 20 of the California Health and
Safety Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
hereby RESOLVE as follows:
Resolution No. 6570, introduced and passed on October 20,
1986, is hereby repealed.
