RESOLUTION NO. 6734
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
ADOPTING SALARIES FOR COUNCIL-APPOI~TED OFFICERS
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 6544
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Charter authority of the City of Palo
Alto, the salaries of Council-Appointed Officers shall be as set
forth in Exhibit •A•, attached hereto, effective July 2, 1988.
SECTION 2. Said salaries shall be a part of the Management
Compensation Plan adopted by Resolution No. 6728.
SECTION 3. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to
implement the salaries set forth in Section 1 above in his prepar-
ation of forthcoming payrolls and to make retroactive adjustments
as required.
SECTION 4. Resolution No. 6544 hereby is rescinded.
SECTION S. The Council finds that this is not a project
under the California Environmental Quality Act and, therefore, no
environmental impact assessment is necessary.
