RESOLUTION OF 'rHt; COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO APPROVING
ANO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO
AGREEMENT FOR EASEMENT FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT CHURCHILL AVENUE AN:J
SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANS?ORTATION COMPANY' RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, Southern Pacific Transportation Company, a
corporation, and the City of Palo Alto, a municipal corporation,
by indenture dated April 25, 1988, agree to an easement for improve~ents to Churchill Avenue where said a~enue crosses tracks
and property of Southern Pacific Transportation Company, located in the City of Palo Alto, California:
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does hereby RESOLVE as follows:
The •supplemental Agreement• to the Agreement For
Easement For Improvements At Churchill Avenue And The Southern
Pacific Transportation Company Right-of-Way is hereby approved and
tha Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of the City.
